By using this website you agree to these terms. If you engage CATIFY TECH LIMITED for a project, the signed statement of work and master services agreement take precedence.

All content on this website, including text, graphics and case study material, is owned by CATIFY TECH LIMITED or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3. Project engagements
Estimates provided through the website are indicative. Final scope, timeline and fees are confirmed in a written proposal. Upon full payment, clients own the source code and deliverables created for their project.
4. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CATIFY is not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use.
5. Governing law
